This year, our team contributed to the Reverse Advent Calendar, filling it day by day with essentials in support of Plymouth Soup Run — a charity doing incredible work for people across our city.

Thank you to everyone in our team who helped us , from cosy socks to toiletries , it all makes a difference and the generosity is very much appreciated!

We've finished a major construction project at Madeleaze to revitalize Unit 7c.

Here's what we've been up to:

🏗️ Carefully dismantled old offices and isolated building services.
🛠️ Masonry repairs and essential safety measures, including asbestos removal and drainage inspections.
🏬 Added new windows, electrical services, and cladding repairs.
🏠 Upgraded interiors with new floor coverings, modern bathrooms, and stylish accents.
💪 Strengthened the foundation with groundworks, tarmac, and new drainage systems.
🌱 Focused on sustainability with the installation of PV panels.

We have finished our project on Unit 6V in Madeleaze!

Here are some before and after photos of the internal warehouse and office renovation project. We completed an electrical strip-out and rewire, rebuilt the roof panels, added a new roller shutter door, cleaned the external cladding, and made some structural modifications to the warehouse floor.

Michaela, our Senior Projects Manager, hiked nine miles up the Llanberis Path and back. The entire climb was 975 metres (3,199 feet).
She spent three hours travelling there and back, totalling six hours.

Here is what Michaela had to say when we questioned her about her climb:

''It was very challenging as I did not know what to expect the path kept changing from being rocky, wet and hilly. When I made it to the top we were above the clouds and the temperature dropped so much I has to put my coat and hat on. I found coming down the hardest and the path was all down hill and put pressure on my knees/ankles. After all this me and my friends celebrated with a steak meal at the local pub Grapeshotel Snowdonia''
