I’m looking to take on a qualified plumbing & heating engineer

Either self employed or on the books
The right person Must have minimum 5 years experience and be Gas Safe registered

🔹LPG advantageous
🔹Capable of carrying out boiler installations, servicing and general repairs
🔹High volume of landlords gas safety checks
🔹General plumbing repairs and reactive maintenance work
🔹Ideally experienced in installing or at least 1st and second fixing bathroom to a high standard tiling and paneling experience also ideal but not essential

🔹Capable of working alone

If on the books, van and tools supplied along with a generous salary depending on experience

Self employed must have up to date insurances, own tools, van etc

Added new joists, additional timer in the walls, plasterboard and new ply floor
Finished with gloss white panels and chrome cubicle

The customer wanted to keep all the pipework exposed and we used black clips to tie in with the steels and keep the installation looking in keeping with the design of the building

The old boiler was removed from the pantry and new boiler installed in the corner of the kitchen
