There is a lot of reading to do around the new regulations for landlords; regarding Electrical Safety Testing.

Between 17 February and 16 April 2018, the government invited comments on the Electrical Safety Standards Working Group’s decision to make a recommendation to introduce mandatory inspection and testing for private rented properties.

Update with regards to our services regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19)

As many of our regular customers will be aware, due to recent financial reasons, our staffing levels have very much decreased.

This does mean that we are able to have a little more control over the hygiene required in these times.

Lee himself will be the only one carrying out home visits for our most vulnerable. Lee will be taking steps to ensure there is no spread to your homes by ensuring he washes his hands when he visits and leaves your property. His general work hygiene will be stepped up and he will be ensuring his tools are cleaned and wiped in between jobs.

We will be continuing to carry out visits - prioritising those most urgent to ensure you have heating and hot water to help fight this current battle.

It's business as usual for us and we wanted to give you our reassurance that we are in this together.

it’s often when you have new work done that its flagged up your existing electrical installation isn't up to current safety regulations. Get ahead of the game and have an ECIR completed....... it's not just there for a Landord's peace of mind........It really could help prevent a fire.
