Last weeks visit to see the finished project of

These two units were empty shell’s, and have now been completely fitted out for indoor golf usage with simulator bays and short game green/bunker practice.

The units looks great and has been finished to a high standard. It is also an amazing opportunity to play and practice indoor golf in Plymouth.

We assisted with a planning consultant for the change of use planning permission. Then were appointed for the building regulation/spec drawings for building control compliance and approval.

Huge transformation! Swipe to see the original derelict and decaying bungalow, which was an absolute eyesore to the neighbourhood. This was one of our worst house surveys to date 😷

took on this huge project, which kept on developing more issues as it progressed. Under all the mould, dust and ivy was a bungalow rotting away and falling apart.

The builders done a great job, and we assisted with the planning, building regulations and site management/assistance throughout. There were a few headaches throughout the process, but the outcome is brilliant and it has reverted back to a dwelling house again!

CGI of a new farmhouse dwelling house in West Devon. Undertaken by our in house Architectural assistant and interior designer/3D visualiser Kirsty.

The results are great and we are hopeful for a successful planning application.

New dwelling conversion complete 🤩

This site was previously a solid concrete underground water storage tank. The planning had been granted (under an appeal) by a previous architect firm. We undertook discharging the planning conditions and the detailed drawing package for building regulations and for the new developer/contractor. There was some tricky detailing with the below ground waterproofing and insulating the existing concrete structure. Working close with the engineer and the contractor we overcome all the issues and the results are stunning 🤩

This traditional 3 bedroom family terraced house was recent completed on an existing corner plot with a large side & front garden.

We assisted the client/contractor through planning and building regulation’s approval. With no major concerns from both authorities.

The dwelling is now a liveable family home 🏡

We are grateful to have been involved with this application. The pre-app will get discussions involved with the council, and hopefully a positive outcome.

The scheme would see the Docwra Brothers car repair garage on Sawry Street, at the junction with Martin Street, which has been in use as a garage for 40 years, converted into housing.

Here are some recent internal CGI’s we have undertaken for a client who wanted to have a clearer visualisation of their new kitchen/diner area. We can produce realistic internal and external CGI’s for a better idea of how the space will look before it is built.

Last weeks site visit to this extraordinary project. This newly created dwelling house used to be an underground water storage tank, serving the local village. A lot of structural involvement and waterproofing detailing was required. It will all be worthwhile, and we look forward to seeing the final outcome.
