This weekend, our fearless Project Manager Shaun is taking on an incredible challenge to raise vital funds for The British Heart Foundation! He's signed up for a grueling 10 hour Enduro challenge, which is a daunting task in itself, but what he didn't anticipate was the extreme conditions that would make it even tougher.

We're all rooting for Shaun and can't wait to see him cross that finish line! 💪🏽🏃‍♂️❤️

We would appreciate any donations towards this cause as it is extremely close to our hearts.

This cause is deeply personal to us, as we've experienced the devastating impact of heart disease firsthand.
Shaun's wife received life-saving surgery in 2023, our estimator Guy is recovering from a very recent heart attack this year, and we're still feeling the loss of our dear colleague and friend Andy Hirst, who tragically lost his life to a heart attack in 2021.

MEP was absolutely delighted to serve as a sponsor for Plymouth Argyle Football Club once again, and we're thrilled to have had the opportunity to support our local team.

We were able to attend the highly anticipated Devon Derby match against Exeter City, which proved to be an exhilarating experience from start to finish. The electric atmosphere at Home Park was palpable, and we were all on the edge of our seats as the two teams battled it out on the pitch.

Notably, the grandson of one of our Director's, Jerry, had the incredible privilege of participating as a mascot during the game, which was a truly unforgettable experience for him. We're so proud to have been a part of this special moment, and we can't wait to do it all again soon! ⚽️👏

A little bit about the man, the myth, the mechanical mastermind... 😂 Darren started tinkering with tools back in 1992 after completing an apprenticeship. He worked his way up the ranks, becoming a mechanical foreman, and even ran his own business for 15 years before joining the MEP Systems Ltd crew in 2016. With over 30 years of experience, Darren brings the laughs and the skills to get the job done! 💪
