This service relies of the community coming together as one. Having mobile patrols who are medically trained serves not only to protect the local area but also offers reduced response times when needed most.

As a member you will have direct contact with the patrols 24/7. Should you need assistance our SIA licenced and medically trained staff aim to be at you door within minutes.

More than just a patrol.

Our patrol staff are all trained to Level 3 FREC, First Response Emergency Care 🚑

Patrol vehicles are equipped with medical kits including life saving defibrillators as well as other essentials such as Fire Extinguishers 🧯

Not only will our vehicles provide a high visibility deterrent to opportunist criminals, they will also be on hand to assist members with any medical emergencies.

Being exclusive to Darras Hall, our licensed and medically qualified patrol staff aim to be at your property within minutes should you need assistance.

By no means is this service an alternative to our essential public services, but having the ability to respond so quickly can literally save lives.

Again, this is a service exclusively for Darras Hall residents and we welcome any feedback.

Yesterday we held our first open day at Ponteland Memorial Hall and we just want to say a massive thank you to everyone who turned up to discuss this brand new concept aimed at making Darras Hall the safest place to live in the North East.

We had some great conversations and received valuable feedback regarding the service.

Some key points which we want to highlight.

☑️ This is a Social Enterprise not for profit organisation.

☑️ We propose to supply 2 patrol vehicles with licensed security personnel who will also be medically trained first responders.

☑️ Patrol vehicles will contain CCTV and medical kits including life saving defibrillators.

☑️ Patrol vehicles will be operational 24/7 and will provide a high visibility presence exclusively for Darras Hall.

☑️ Members and their properties will receive extra attention however most importantly, they will have direct contact to the patrol vehicles should they need any assistance.

This concept is an opt in service and will require significant support from the community. It has been created by local residents who have a passion for our community and want to offer an extra layer of protection and reassurance for local residents.

The service will have a multi-agency approach and will be looking to work with and support our invaluable public services.

Our goal is to make Darras Hall the safest place to live in the North East and if we all pull together, we can achieve this.

As with any new concept in its early stages, things are fluid and we welcome any feedback or suggestions, again this is a service for the community so we value your opinion.

Darras Hall Security is a Social Enterprise Not For Profit Organisation and only exists to benefit the residents of Darras Hall to make it a the safest place to live in the North East.

We welcome residents of Darras Hall to come along to our open day at the Memorial Hall on Saturday 20th April 12.00pm - 2.00pm to find out more. We need the residents of Darras Hall to help make this happen.
