If you have deposits or suites and tiles purchased with them please ensure you are actively chasing to either get your money back or getting your order fulfilled!

“You don’t need to bed the shower tray”

Another cowboy has been at it in Llanharry, tray cracked and failed, not bedded, not waterproofed, not prepped and not done right.

I wish this was the only problem this particular builder had caused the lovely customer. Huge prices doesn’t mean quality work 😔

Luckily she contacted us, everything’s been ripped out and is currently being reinstalled to a high standard 😄👌

Big format tiles always make a room look great! Along with everything chased in and tidy!

Neat little (very little!) bathroom in brackla this week, shower tray on the floor on the ground floor, gas mains moved, floor dug up, shower waste running under the floor etc etc.

But it was all worth it so we could get a bigger shower tray and screen in!

All pipework chased in with fresh glass finish plaster from CB Plastering. Customers got a little more painting to do before Christmas now! Suite supplied by Matt from MKM builders merchant, Bridgend.

Another New build with an incorrectly installed tray and screens in Coity, causing significant floor damage.

Unfortunately we had no choice but to remove the suite, repair the floor and reinstall (replacing the tiles that had to be removed to get the tray out)

As always, traps and wastes replaced, we don’t want anymore leaks! Along with some Lvt flooring and correctly installed the screen and tray!

If you’re ever unsure, it’s free to send us a message to see if we can help solve a problem, we managed to save someone’s foot going through the floor this time! New build doesn’t always mean quality build.
