We are pleased to have completed the Safe Haven project in Caerphilly, delivering a full refurbishment of this five-bed residential home to prepare the property for Mysa Care and its Welsh division, Partnership of Care.

The project involved a broad programme of internal and external improvements to enhance the quality, functionality and compliance of the building, including upgrades to living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms and circulation areas, alongside service improvements and refurbishment works throughout. Set in picturesque South Wales countryside, Safe Haven provides support for adults with complex autism, learning disabilities and other complex needs, so it was important that the finished space reflected the calm, comfortable and supportive setting that underpins person-centred care.

We are proud to have helped shape this home for its next chapter. Congratulations to Mysa Care and everyone involved in bringing the project forward.
