Customer got in touch after experiencing a leak in their roof.
After carrying out an inspection, we identified the source of the problem as the chimney, which was no longer in use and allowing water to pe*****te the roof.
We advised the customer on the best solution and safely removed the chimney down to below roof level. New felt was then installed and the area was carefully slated over to ensure a clean, watertight, and long-lasting finish.

This property was suffering from back-flowing guttering. After inspection, we re-aligned the guttering and installed new sections, complete with new brackets and outlets, to ensure water now flows away properly and protects the property from damage.
