The CCDO Demolition Supervisor will oversee day-to-day demolition site activities, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry regulations. Key responsibilities include supervising demolition crews, conducting toolbox talks, coordinating tasks, monitoring safety protocols, and maintaining project schedules. The role requires strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and liaise with key stakeholders. This is a full-time, on-site role located in South Wales (occasional working away may be required)
QUALIFICATION
Extensive knowledge of demolition practices, including robotic demolition and asbestos removal.
Demonstrated ability to manage and supervise teams, conduct toolbox talks, and coordinate site operations effectively.
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations, risk assessments, and incident reporting procedures.
Proficiency in scheduling, task management, and ensuring project deadlines are met.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to work closely with teams and external stakeholders.
CCDO Supervisor qualification and relevant experience in the demolition industry (CCDO Demolition Refurbishment Operatives with desire to develop and hold SSSTS shall also be considered for alternative roles)
