We are looking for a multi-skilled trades person to join our team on current property refurbishments and property maintenance jobs.

We are looking for someone who is hardworking, reliable, is able to use own initiative, able to work alone or as part of a team. Candidates must be able to work safely on site with a variety of power tools and hand tools.

Candidates must have a core trade, preferably carpentry or plastering with the ability to carry multiple other trade tasks.

Desirable skills: Plumbing
Tiling
Basic roofing
Patch plaster/artex repairing

As a small business we have built up our reputation by taking pride in our work and we would expect you to maintain that level of quality for our clients. We require proof of previous work carried out by yourselves and references.

We are based in Pontypool but work is carried out across various sites so own vehicle and tools are preferable.

Initial position offered on a self employed basis but may become full time employment for the right candidate.

Rate of pay dependant on skills and experience of candidate.
