Lighting the future of one of Wales’ premier indoor sporting venues.

We’re proud to be delivering a major LED lighting upgrade at Islwyn Indoor Bowls Club, replacing 168 existing light fittings with high efficiency LED technology throughout the facility.

Recognised as one of Wales’ leading indoor bowls venues, the club features an international standard eight rink arena and has hosted numerous Welsh and international competitions over the years. The venue has also been home to many players who have gone on to represent Wales on the international stage.

Our upgrade has been carefully designed to provide:

• Consistent, compliant lux levels across all playing surfaces

• Reduced energy consumption and lower operational costs

• Improved lighting quality for players, officials and spectators

• Lower maintenance requirements through longer life LED technology

Investing in modern lighting isn’t simply about replacing fittings. It’s about creating an environment that performs better, costs less to operate and supports the long term future of the facility.

We’re delighted to be working with Islwyn Indoor Bowls Club on another project that combines engineering excellence with long term sustainability.

This week, our team has been on the ground in Nuremberg, Germany, supporting the delivery of specialist security infrastructure on an international project.

Moments like these are a reminder of just how far VoltSecure has come. What started as a local business in South Wales is now delivering projects across Europe, with the same commitment to quality, professionalism and attention to detail wherever we work.

International projects bring their own challenges. Planning, logistics, travel, coordination and long days. None of it happens without a dedicated team behind the scenes.

Another successful tender secured.

We’re delighted to have been appointed by Caerphilly County Borough Council to deliver the upgrade of the access control system at Tir-Yr-Berth Primary School.

The project will include the replacement and upgrade of access control across the site, including perimeter entrances, helping to further strengthen safeguarding measures for pupils, staff and visitors.

Education environments demand secure, reliable and compliant systems that work seamlessly every day. We’re proud to continue supporting public sector organisations by delivering solutions that improve security while minimising disruption to day-to-day operations.

We are up against some of the biggest companies in the UK, so just being shortlisted is something the whole team can be proud of.

Public-sector electrical work has to be delivered properly.

On a recent public-sector office refurbishment in Swansea, VoltSecure delivered a full electrical installation, covering containment, distribution, lighting control, small power, fire detection, disabled refuge communication, testing and handover.

For us, the important part is not just finishing the install.

It is making sure the work is planned properly, certified properly, documented properly and handed over properly.

That is the standard we aim to bring across fire, security and electrical work.

Another step forward as Voltsecure expands into the renewable energy market.

Cai & members of the team have recently completed Panasonic PRO Academy training following a recent factory tour provided by the ECA and been certified as an accredited installer for Panasonic’s Aquarea Air to Water Heat Pump systems.

For us, this is about building the right capability properly.

As buildings continue to change, contractors need to keep learning, keep training and keep developing the skills needed to support clients properly.

Fire, security, electrical and renewable energy systems all need the same approach:

Understand the system.
Do the training.
Deliver the work properly.
