Big day in the office! 💪🏽🔥

120m² sprayed in two passes across the whole house — that’s 240m² of material sprayed today! 👌🏽

Scratch coat is now completed and ready for us to get the beads installed. Next up, we’ll be installing our 10mm lime silicone system ready for the final finish.

Big transformation already underway on this one! 👀

Full Preparation Underway 🧱💪

Another property getting the full preparation it needs before the new render system goes on.

🔨 Hacking off the existing render
🚪 Removing the old PVC cladding
💦 Thoroughly cleaning the stonework
🧽 Removing the old paint from the stone
🧱 Preparing the substrates ready for the new system

A proper finish starts with proper preparation. We’re taking this right back to the original stonework to make sure everything is clean, sound and ready for the next stage.

The existing EWI and render have now been completely hacked off, taking everything back to the original brickwork ready for the new render system.

The substrates have all been primed ,Next up is the basecoat and reinforcing mesh before the final silicone finish is applied, giving this property a fresh, modern look that’s built to last.
