✅️ Steel is much more durable than wood, and it lasts far longer. For this reason, steel is a highly sustainable building product.

✅️ 96% of the steel we use in construction comes from recycled sources, finished to GS350 to GS550 grade.

✅️ This grade of 'light steel" is non-combustible with high corrosion resistance.

✅️ Steel will not burn in a fire, and it won't warp or rot either. These two factors provide substantial advantages over wooden framed structures, and we've already highlighted steel's longevity.

✅️ We do not require expensive (and heavy) lintels in construction; this means we can often avoid laying a concrete base sparing concrete, sand and water resources.

✅️ The components we use are all prefabricated and cut to exact dimensions before we arrive on site.

✅️ The means utilisation of the steel and other materials we use is very high with little waste created.

✅️ It also means we complete buildings up to 70% faster than alternative construction methods; this produces a significant reduction in labour costs for on-site assembly.
