We’re proud to share our latest social value project at Trinidad House, delivered in partnership with BCP Council to enhance a shared green space for residents.

Our team supported a full garden transformation, including removing a broken greenhouse, painting the potting shed, clearing waste, and completing a full tidy-up of the communal area.

To create a lasting impact, we planted a range of herbs, strawberries and raspberries for residents to enjoy and use in their cooking. These were sourced through our Charity of the Year, Plants and Minds, supporting both wellbeing and sustainability.

We also donated a new strimmer and extension lead to help residents maintain the space long-term.

A huge thank you to our partners who made this possible:

Insurance works were completed at the below property as part of our contract with Crawford & Company following a severe fire caused by an electrical vehicle igniting in the carport and spreading throughout the property.

The restoration included:
👉New kitchens
👉New bathrooms & en-suites
👉Wall repairs & replacements
👉New doors & windowsills
👉New boiler & central heating system

A complex restoration project delivered through the hard work and collaboration of everyone involved 🙌

Fire door compliance isn't optional 🔥

This installation, delivered for our contract with Southern Housing forms part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining compliant and safe residential homes. Works were planned and delivered in accordance with CDM Regulations 2015, ensuring full coordination and control of risk throughout.

Under the Building Safety Act 2022, fire doors remain a key life-safety asset and require consistent inspection, maintenance and upgrade where required.

We've been proud to support Young Bristol with passive fire protection works to the fire doors at their BS14 Youth Club 🙌

Alongside the works on site, we've also had the opportunity to provide mentoring support with their Marketing Assistant, sharing knowledge, building confidence and supporting development beyond the project itself.

It's been great to contribute to a project that only improves safety within the community, but also invests in the people behind it 💙
