This is what leaks often look like in real life

We’ve been helping a customer in Whitecliff with a leak under a concrete floor, caused by a radiator pipe.

Because everything’s hidden beneath the floor, it’s really common for these issues to go unnoticed until small signs start to appear, like cooler patches, a faint damp smell, or flooring beginning to change.

If something doesn’t feel quite right, it’s always worth getting it checked. Catching it early can make a big difference to how much disruption’s involved.

We recently installed this Waterdrop G2P600 reverse osmosis system for our customer in Parkstone. It's great little unit that's very compact, fits easily under most sinks, provides a good flow rate and easy ongoing filter changes and maintenance.

Reverse osmosis water filters are a great way to get the cleanest possible drinking water. They combat microplastics, lead, fluoride and the calcium and magnesium that forms limescale in our kettles and coffee machines here in Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch.

It’s World Plumbing Day! YEP - they’ve got a day for everything now… but hey, we’ll take it!

Seeing as it’s a special day in our industry, we thought it was a great time to properly introduce ourselves...

We’re Ross and Lucinda (and our little helper!), the faces behind Plumberly – a local, family-run plumbing business based right here in Poole.

Ross has been plumbing for over 20 years (including a stint working in Sydney’s Botanic Gardens!), while I keep things running behind the scenes. Together, we’re proud to help local homeowners, landlords and property managers stay leak-free and keep the taps flowing, and toilets flushing!
