Haven’t posted anything for a long time. I’ve definitely still been working though 😂🙈.
So this is a bathroom Refurb that I’ve just completed. Ended up doing all of the work myself, apart from the plumbing which was completed by Hunterwood Heating & Plumbing and the plastering which was done by Scott . Very happy with the final result.

End of my second week on the bungalow. Joists are in and the flooring is down. Third day on the roof. Middle section finished along with the dormer. Next the two ends, with flitch beams to go in to allow for the vaulted ceilings. Been a mission on my own but still enjoying it!

Fit this small job in at the weekend. Nice little seating area with fire pit, getting ready for the summer 🌞

Finished this job last week. I went there previously to hang new pre finished oak doors throughout and built a new stud wall at the end of the kitchen. Just been back to pull up the old carpets, take off the old skirting, ply the floors and fit new luxury vinyl click throughout the whole ground floor, finishing with new skirting. Going back there next month to fit the new kitchen.

Started a new job on Thursday. Made some good progress. It’s a big job and a lot of work for one, but I’m enjoying it so far, especially when the suns out like it was today😊
Floor down tomorrow, walls up to plate height Wednesday/Thursday and then start the roof and dormer towards the end of the week/beginning of next week!

I really enjoyed this job. The clients were amazing which always helps!
Took down a wall between kitchen and dining room and one in the master bedroom. Increased the size of the kitchen and put up a new wall to make a home office space and hall cupboard. Stole a bit of space from the master bedroom to create another single bedroom. New doors throughout and new luxury vinyl click in the kitchen and utility room. Another happy client!
