Q How much is postage and shipping?
A All the prices listed on this site exclude delivery and VAT. The delivery charge is added during the checkout process, and is based on the weight of the order. If you are within the UK, and your order is over £250 (Excl VAT), delivery is free*. You will have the option to select the shipping method that suits you, and only the shipping options that are available to you will be selectable. Once you have selected the shipping method that suits you, you will be shown the total price of the order, before you commit to the order.
We try to ship orders out as soon as possible and in most cases we can ship out orders within 24 hours, but if some of the parts are out of stock or your order needs cutting or machining this will mean the dispatch time can take longer, so we suggest to contact us for for actual delivery times. The Website will automatically work out the shipping costs for most destinations world wide and there is a shipping estimator is the cart section of the website.
We currently use Royal Mail recorded, special delivery or UPS/TNT for courier service for all UK deliveries. Our Worldwide shipping is done with Royal mail signed for (under 2KG) and UPS/TNT for larger items. We ship world wide but there are restrictions to the length that our standard shipping will apply, and this depends on the country, but in most cases is 2.7 meters long.

Q How do I return an item?
A Cancellation and variation
Once an order has been accepted by us and delivered, you have seven days as a cooling off period where you can cancel and return the goods for a refund. Once we receive the goods and it is shown that the goods are unused, not damaged and in the original packaging, we will refund the cost of the goods. Please note you will be responsible for the cost of the original shipping and return shipping costs. After the seven days cooling off period, it is within our discretion to accept the cancellation of the order and we will apply a 25% restocking fee.
The exception to the above is if the goods are bespoke, modified or cut to length products and which at our discretion, permission may be given only on terms which will indemnify us against any expense which shall include all our proper charges for work carried out and goods wholly or partly manufactured prior to the date of such cancellation or variation. If owing to war, strikes, difficulty in obtaining materials or causes of any causes of any nature beyond our control we are unable to deliver any part of an order, we shall have the right (on giving notice in writing) to cancel the undelivered balance of the order and the customer shall not have any claim for or arising out such inability, delay or cancellation.
Returns
Goods supplied in accordance with customers orders cannot be accepted for return without our written consent; if approval is given a handling charge may be applied. Returned goods must be consigned carriage paid. Please refer to our website for the detailed Returns procedure which includes the obligatory requirement of obtaining an RMA number before returning goods.
Returns policy
Digital products can only be accepted if the software is still sealed and in as new condition.
Packaging and ancillary items should be in as new condition with all packaging etc.
Proof of purchase must be supplied, we will not accept bank statements.
Products can only be accepted back if unused and in full working order.
We will not accept goods back without an RMA number.
Please note: goods that are personalized, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements are non-refundable, unless faulty.
NOTE: This does not affect your statutory rights. To return any products, please log into your account and request an RMA number. Once you have an RMA number we will then instruct you on how to return the goods to us.
Q How do I pay for my items?
A We accept most methods of payment, including, bank payment, credit /debit card payments, Paypal, Cheque and Cash.
Promotions - From time to time we offer promotions offering discount or free shipping and this is done with a coupon code that we email out in our news letter. To get these you must subscribe to our news letter and you can do this during the registration process or logging into your account and subscribing.
