Another premium plant room completed by Swift Heating Solutions.

This install is a perfect example of why attention to detail matters. Clean copperwork, correctly insulated pipework, neatly positioned components and a layout designed for long-term servicing, efficiency and reliability.

A lot of companies can make a system work. Very few make it look this clean at the same time.

Every bend, clip, valve and pipe route has been planned to create a plant room that not only performs properly, but is also easy to maintain and built to last.

Another clean install completed by Swift Heating Solutions.

Swipe to see the level of detail that goes into every plant room we build. From the perfectly aligned copperwork to the fully insulated pipe runs and neat layout, this is the standard we believe every heat pump installation should be finished to.

This system is currently achieving an eSCOP of 5.93 which is an incredible result.

For anyone that doesn’t understand what that means:

A gas boiler is typically around 90% efficient, meaning for every ÂŁ1 spent on gas, you get roughly 90p of usable heat.

This heat pump is effectively operating at nearly 593% efficiency over the season. In simple terms, for every 1kW of electricity used, the system is producing almost 6kW of heat energy back into the home.

The result:• Lower running costs• Lower carbon emissions• Stable indoor temperatures• Extremely efficient heating and hot water production

The property is currently maintaining temperatures around 21–22°C throughout the home while running efficiently and comfortably.

We also install Adia smart controls on systems like this. Adia acts as an intelligent “autopilot” for the heat pump, automatically balancing radiators, controlling room temperatures, and optimising the system for maximum efficiency and comfort. (adiathermal.co.uk)
