Yesterday we visited Ecologic SIPs in the New Forest for a CPD and workshop tour led by Jacob. It was a brilliant chance to see first-hand how the SIP system works combining structure and insulation in one precision-made panel to create buildings that are faster to construct, and far more energy efficient than traditional methods. Walking through their workshop and learning about their completed projects gave us a real insight into the potential of SIPs in sustainable construction, and we look forward to working together on future projects that embrace this smarter way of building 🌿🏗️

We’re pleased to announce that a full planning application has been submitted for the redevelopment of Greystones Estate in Highcliffe, Christchurch.

The proposal includes the demolition and replacement of seven age-restricted housing blocks, increasing the number of high-quality homes for older residents to 185 units. The plans also include new landscaping, improved access and parking, and the restoration of sea views from the listed Greystones House, a 1930s clifftop home originally built for an Admiral.

It’s been a rewarding journey working closely with the community and Historic England to ensure this project respects the site’s heritage while addressing future housing needs.

Last week, we hosted a community consultation for a proposed housing site for the elderly in Highcliffe, Christchurch.It was a great chance to connect with local residents, gather feedback, and make sure our project will add social value and meet community needs.

The site is in a fantastic location on the clifftop, with a listed house from the 1930s at its centre. The house was built for an Admiral and is surrounded by blocks of housing. We have been working with Historic England to create a masterplan for the site. Over the next 10 years, we plan to redevelop the surrounding buildings and restore sea views to the listed house.

We are excited about this project, which respects the site’s heritage while meeting future community needs.

We are delighted to announce that we have submitted a planning application for a bespoke development of 10 apartments at The Avenue,Poole.

This carefully designed, three-storey building will feature a selection of two- and three-bedroom apartments, harmonising with the sylvan character of the area. With underground parking, cycle storage, and private balconies, each residence offers a high standard of modern living while embracing natural light and maximising privacy.

Great to see completed and warm. Thnx to Prospero projects for the MEP design . The Old School House AKA TOSH , is a community /arts office and meeting space in Boscombe . It’s is a listed Victorian school house . We helped get LBC to insulate, replace the windows and heat the building that used to be freezing . Thanks to Carol and the team.
