A couple of recent jobs completed in this glorious weather we are having at the moment 😉 A driveway widened with a small area of block paving installed with a new soakaway. The Remining area finished off with a decorative stone. With the second job, a refub patio. Pointing removed, then cleaned and finally re-ponited. 🤩

Thought I would share todays experience ... We were happily working away putting up a fence listening and singing to Christmas songs when next door came out and asked for a small repair to their fence. Of course. So we popped round to have a look. Whilst chatting to the neighbours, I noticed the old chap looking, shall we say, not at his best. Turns out he's a SBS veteran. I did the repair and charged them nothing. I simply said "its freebie to say thank you for your service". Later they made us a cuppa, had a chat, and showed us some photos. He seemed to love talking to a another veteran which went both ways...
