A nice install by our Harrison this week, customer had their old boiler from the 1980s give its last.
They decided to go for a Worcester Bosch 4000 combination boiler which comes with a 10 year guarantee.

With some savings on their gas bill and peace of mind their new Worcester boiler will serve them well another happy customer.

All new convector radiators with thermostatic control installed to bring the system up to date.

Harrison has been with Holland Gas now for 3 years, joining the team during the pandemic to assist Craig on jobs and train as a heating engineer.
With his desire to learn our trade and his infectious people skills he was a hit straight away both with our team and customers.

So popped open the customers loft hatch to inspect their flue on a routine boiler service.

Rudolf falls through the hatch getting his leg stuck between the ladder and the ceiling.

Lucky enough Harrison was able to free him before he fell potentially putting him out of his seasonal duties.

Anyway we got him back up in the loft and rested again, a little shaken but you can’t blame him. Really nice guy actually was nice to get to know him a little. We said to send our regards to the big man and left him to it.
