We did a neat little soffit and post instal to this lovely porch detail earlier this week. Closing in the vaulted roof with a marine ply soffit and end panel, installed a 6” x 6” finished and treated post on a Simpson post base then framed it all with 70mm par timber and a skirting detail around the bottom of the post.

The team at DNA Prestige Ltd has been away from the workshop this weekend and exploring the halls of the NEC Birmingham!

Top dressers are on now. It’s all done and ready for the decorator. Client is thinking about painting them navy blue.
They have brushed gold door k***s so that would compliment very nicely.

Well January is finally over and we’ve all had enough of this rain.
With one more proper winter month to go let’s look forward to warmer, longer days!

This was a small porch rebuild we did a couple of months ago. The front door had dropped due to there being no support to the corner of the roof so we propped the roof up and took everything out then started again installing a lovely composit front door and glass side panel. We rebuilt the corner and added lots of insulation then rendered and painted adding new soffit, fascia and guttering. Full refit inside including new radiators and redesigned the layout of the W/C with a bespoke vanity. We laid new LVT flooring and hung a new oak slatted door.

Nice installation day for part one of this furniture build. Got the base cabinets built and installed with electrics so the client could decide on the design/measurements of the dressers that will sit in top 👌🏼

Another lovely shaker kitchen we recently completed in Blandford St Mary, a village and civil parish in Dorset on the south bank of the River Stour and home to the famous Badger Brewery.
