Little update on our craigavon bathroom.

A new product for us from Classi Waterproofing corner & joint tape, we are now using on our all installs. Its thick membrane gives us extra peace of mind.

As you can see from the custom niche, its full coverage means less sloppy air bubbles & consistent tightness, stainless stapled into place. We have also recessed the tray, using classi plus, giving this walk-in shower beyond our 7 year warranty!!

TM Electrical being on point with the custom led niche & lighting throughout this rennovation.

Thankyou to our lovely client kate for being understanding in this renovation. From asbestos floor tiles to concrete shuttered walls, it has been a roller-coaster of set backs.

A few of our recently completed projects.

Reclaimed barn door, sourced by the client & dressed up to suit this slider, with custom floating shelves.

Secondly, a bathroom that has been a on going project for the last 2 months, with a complete rip out of the floor joists, due to 20+ years of water damage.
A brand new unvented cylinder installed.
Custom coy carp wall tiles, vintage relaimed subway & border tiles.
Pink grout that looks fantastic when cleaned 90 times & having to bin anything it touches, worth the outcome!!

If you're wondering where the radiator is, its on the ceiling, it gives off infrared heat, unlike a conventional radiator. Were heat rises.

It was such a pleasure flipping this bathroom for our lovely clients, Martin & angela doran.

We have started in stages, as our lovely client kate is living in the house & we will always take pride in working around our clients demanding lives.

That includes moving the gas unit from the bathroom to the kitchen. Giving kate the space for the bathroom of her dreams!!

for designing another contemporary, minimalistic space for our wonderful clients.

Our client, Andžela Montvilaitė in craigavon, went for a black themed interior look & it came off, beautiful, she supplied all her own materials & items, which sometimes online is such a hit & miss. This project worked out beautifully. steals the show again!!

Our last bathroom is a bit on the wild side, we have never attempted this style of tiling, it clashes with warranty, which our client was very understanding & still wanted the following - pics coming soon!! 😲

2 very different projects! our high-end job in lurgan with herringbone flooring & custom tray, with crosswaters walk-in enclosure & gun metal themed interior look throughout the bathroom!

Custom oak flooring laid, sanded & sealed.
Finished off with this beautiful redwood chamfered Skirting.

1 week of floor levelling, astonishing 22 bags of floor leveller, with 10 bags of 50mm high build. The prep makes all the difference in the end result.

Folks some our current projects starting & a a few wrapping up.

2 bathrooms back to back, both sporting black finishes, contemporary & modern.

Including this beautiful 50+ square metre traditional oak floor, clients sourced themselves, we are in the process of fine sanding all the glue joints, before sealing. Custom redland skirting to finish it off!

Check out this beautiful 150 year old cottage.
Extension built 12 years ago.
Now we are in levelling the open planned living & kitchen floor.

So far, we have used 5 bags of rapid multi build & 10 bags of rapid leveller.
As this is a full-time working kitchen & home business.

Our clients have sourced their own oak for this floor, beautiful 250mm planks.

Folks this is first big project of the year, a complete house rennovation, that hadn't been touched in 50 years.

Our clients Martin & Janice have done a outstanding job picking all the vibrant colours, the tiles, splash backs, flooring, doors. Custom skirting & architraves. Turning this house into a modern stylish home, that can be enjoyed for many years to come.

The sojc team worked tirelessly along with our contractors & suppliers to ensure a top quality finish & solution to any problem.
