Recently completed first fix works carried out on one of our ongoing projects and one that guys I’m sure is glad to see done 😅 Within this, we installed insulation between and below rafters, airtightness membrane throughout the building including the taping and sealing of doors and windows, finishing off with the install of over 200 sheets of plasterboard.

With every build, M&E has became more and more intensive. Gone the days of one control point or two flow and return copper pipes to the oil burner. As with every project, we take careful consideration to provide the best possible systems with the minimum disruption to the overall design of the building. As seen, careful planning was taken to ensure this build had everything required and everything working in uniform

After a frantic finish up for what we can’t believe will be Christmas in a matter of days 😬, we would like to take this opportunity to show our appreciation for the continuing support throughout the year. 2024 has been an extremely busy year with a lot of amazing projects for all of which we are extremely proud to be part of.

Calling listed building owners!
The Historic Environment Fund Repair stream is open for repairs to roofs and windows, for work to take place in 2025-26. Application is for funding of £8,000 and £15,000 for listed non-thatch and thatched buildings respectively.

🔨 Joiner wanted 🔨

Due to continuing growth, we require a 3rd year apprentice or qualified joiner to join our existing team on our ongoing projects. Full time employment or self employed position available. No agencies or squads. Good timekeeping and qualifications a must.

Works include all aspects of joinery from roofing, 1st and 2nd fix joinery, kitchen fitting, as well as general attendance within our building and commercial projects.

A cut roof that kept us busy for a day or two 🙈! Part of our ongoing new build in Portadown was the installation of this traditional cut roof. Works included the forming of three dormer style roofs to the bedroom windows, the installation over the various floor levels and also the encasement of the steelwork design to the lower area.

Part of our commercial works involves the installation of specialist radiation protection equipment within the health industry, carried out on behalf of Raybloc (X-ray protection) Ltd. One of our recent installs in Kingsbridge hospital, Belfast was the installation of new control station for staff operation of a newly fitted CT scanner

Second fix works completed on a ongoing project for a client in Co. Monaghan. This work involved the installation of custom made doors, trim out of all associated woodwork and the installation of custom made panelling throughout to finish.
