Major repairs for this severely water damaged rental property. Damage stemmed from a leak behind the stud wall. We supplied and fitted a new concealed cistern and toilet to solve the leak. Repaired and re-tiled the stud wall, replaced all flooring, insulated, sealed and gave the place a good clean up. 🧼
