This grade 2 listed farmhouse has been such a challenge worse being the weather, the house is so wonky and getting the tiles gauge to run round right was also challenging but we got there.
Also getting tile matches was super tricky. Give it a couple of years and all will weather in nice. On to the next. 💪

What an absolute pleasure it was to carry out a roof transformation on this property.
The roof was spray foamed from the inside and was a pig to strip.
Found plenty of rotten rafters which we stripped out and replaced.
Also changed all the facia and soffit to an anthracite grey.
