Couple of our jobs progressing well this week….. some tile hanging with lead soaker details around the window rather than that nasty plastic look in Portsmouth, 3x 160mm felt warm roofs in Notting Hill at a celebrity’s house look how crisp those edgings and gutter details look!…..And a 85 square meter single ply warm roof in Aldershot for a repeat customer in a very unusual off white colour for uv protection in a south facing garden… customers request, but still looks the bees knees 😍🔥 all Our warm roofs come with a 25 year insurance backed guarantee/ warranty give us a shout for a quality hassle free service, shout out to lads this week 👌🏻

What a busy few weeks we have had hardly any time for social updates but here’s one of the jobs we squeezed in for a repeat customer……. Removal of trees and bamboo, dug roots out to over 3 feet deep, all contaminated soil and clay removed! tram layed and new topsoil infilled with a few new fence panels in existing posts…. Ready for the client to do their own thing. Over 20 ton of trees and soil taken out to clear all roots and minimise any bamboo regrowing!

2nd raffle going up for our charity event is this Stanley 50l heavy duty toolbox full of decent hand tools no cheap rubbish decent tools, again all proceeds are going to our football fundraiser page and again £5 a go with a random generator to pick the winner good luck!

I chose to do this as Steve had a passion for football and was a valued member of Meon Milton Football Club for over ten years. He served on the committee and played a significant role in helping the club grow and develop into what it is today.

New year! New company! New clients! New project!

Lovely first commercial project of the year starting tomorrow….. full scaffold, 4 new soprema spec flat warm roofs being installed, new spray coatings to metal roof, slate repairs with new ridge line, repointing and full new rain water goods 😍

We’ve had a busy 3 weeks here at Ace developments with our shoreham and Weymouth projects nearly complete,

Shoreham consisted of taking over a 280sqr meter roof from another roofing contractor and building a brand new soprema warm roof spec in just 2 days and having 2 weeks till handing site back to the client with starting all over again, new 18mm decking boards laid to existing falls, vcl , 120mm insulation, ventirock underlay with edge details and sl500 capsheet due to being a single story building the client opted for termination bars and sealant rather than having to deal with more lead theft! new fascias, guttering and downpipes finished with privacy fence to hide all the new ac units handed back to client on time!

Weymouth is well under way 270sqr meters with a soprema spec over lay consisting of primer, ventirock underlay layer with 3mm edge detail and a sl500 capsheet with terminations and cladding

Well done to lads on helping get nearly 600 meters of roofs fully complete with some happy clients, just in time for Christmas 👌🏻🔥
