The summer holidays are slowly winding down, and that means it’s nearly time to hand over our education projects ready for the new school year.

At St George’s Beneficial C of E Primary School, we’ve been working for
to refurbish teaching spaces, staff areas, sensory rooms and WCs, creating a new Sensory Space and Inclusion Centre.

100KM FOR ROWANS HOSPICE! 🏃‍♂️

On Saturday our Contracts Manager Rory will be taking on the South Coast Ultra Challenge, a huge 100km journey from Eastbourne to Arundel.

He’s fundraising for Rowans Hospice, who provide vital palliative care to people living with life-limiting illnesses across South East Hampshire. Their dedicated team supports not only patients, but their loved ones too, offering physical, psychological, spiritual and social support, around the clock.

We’re currently carrying out a 24-week fit-out of the fourth floor at St Mary’s Hospital, Portsmouth, on behalf of Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust

The project will transform the existing space to create new offices, meeting spaces and conference rooms, with works including new walls, doors, finishes, joinery, sanitary fittings, and mechanical, plumbing and electrical installations.

Working alongside , and MMC Project Consulting LLP, the project is being managed on site by Jordan Lord and Vishal Patel.

Our refurbishment, remodelling and extension works at Battenburg Family Centre, Portsmouth are progressing well.

The project will transform the existing building into part of Cliffdale Primary Academy, creating three new double classrooms for SEN teaching, alongside new support spaces and external works.

You don’t often get to see Fort Widley and Fort Purbrook like this📸

These incredible Victorian forts have watched over Portsmouth for more than 160 years, and we’re proud to be playing our part in helping preserve them for the future.

Our work repairing the historic brick and flint curtain walls is just one part of a wider conservation project, but seeing the forts from above really puts the scale of the site into perspective.

As a Portsmouth company, it’s a privilege to help protect such an important part of our city’s history.

We’re proud to have delivered the internal strip out, reconfiguration and refurbishment works at the National Oceanography Centre in Southampton.

The project involved transforming existing office and breakout areas, creating improved and more functional spaces for staff and visitors.

Projects like this are always a balance of modernising spaces while respecting the existing building, and our team worked hard to deliver a high-quality finish with minimal disruption.

A great project to be involved with, helping create better working environments at one of the UK’s leading centres for ocean science and research.
