A big well done to Ruben and Graham (AKA Beddo)!

We recently pitched the idea of an “employee of the month” incentive to the staff, where the person who showed the best attitude / improvement towards their work received a £100 bonus.

As a team, they decided that it would be more fair to start a “gang of the month” incentive, as they believed that they work as a team, not an individual. Which to me shows brilliant sportsmanship.

Anyway… this month, the bonus went to Ruben and Beddo.

So well done lads! Thanks for all your efforts 🙂 ⭐️

Here’s a tiny bit of what we’ve been up to lately.

90% of our work lately has been for 1 client, so that our friends over at Send It Solar can carry out solar installs across many homes in the PO and GU postcodes. We’re building anywhere from 8 to 15 scaffolds a week for this client at the moment, with a very fast turnaround. Most jobs are coming down less than a week after being erected.

I’d like to extend a big thank you to these guys for getting us involved in this project, and providing us with long term work. 🙂🙏🏻

So… we finally bought ourselves an 18Ton lorry, and it’s been an absolute game changer. Such a huge difference in the amount of work we can now get done every day. Should have done this a long time ago. 😅

We’ve kept our old 7.5ton lorry, and will be putting our apprentice Ethan through his HGV training in the upcoming weeks, so will be looking to expand again in the near future.
