I’m a Heating Engineer/Specialist with over 21 years experience obtained from British Gas learning about domestic Heating giving me extensive knowledge of Boiler and Heating system operation, design, maintenance and fault diagnosis and equally important learning about customer care. In the later years I carried out the role as lead Engineer/Technician and apprentice trainer. Prior to this I studie

d and completed a fully indentured apprenticeship as a precision engineer/Toolmaker. This engineering grounding and knowledge uniquely lends its self further to my current role as a Heating Engineer and also allows me to provide a better understanding of how heating system types behave and progress with age, especially with regards to the corrosion process. Ultimately my decision to start out independently stems from the growing consideration to provide a more bespoke customer experience and visit.
