😊🚨 Appreciation post 🚨😊

We would just like to say a big thank you to all our lovely clients and customers for their patience and understanding the past last couple weeks, with rearranging our days and rescheduling appointments due to not 1 but 2 of our vans breaking down 🤦‍♂️

Also thank you to the amazing lady whos house we broke down in front of, offering us cold drinks as we waited to be rescued for hours 😎

We are pleased to say we are back on track now and we should have 2 vans up and running from next week 🤞

A few weeks ago we attended an emergency job for one of our clients after there had been a kitchen fire 🔥🧯❌

We safely disconnected kitchen and cooker circuits, disconnected kitchen and dining lights from downstairs lighting circuit to allow the remaining ground floor lights to remain on, removed heat alarms and made sure they had a working temporary smoke alarm. We disconnected the Boiler from the kitchen supply and temporarily gave it power and moved all furniture so fridges and freezers, microwaves, kettles etc could still be in use by all the tenants safely whilst works will be being carried out over the next few weeks! 🦺

Awaab's Law legally protects you from dangerous damp, mould, and emergency hazards.

Since Awaab’s Law came into force in October 2025 we have installed a huge number of extractor fans for Landlords around Hampshire ensuring protection for their tenants from damp and mold in their properties, some replacements and some brand new installs including coring through bathroom/kitchen walls to allow ventilation 😊
