Annual Service completed today on a Worcester Bosch! Not much was wrong with this boiler apart from a little tweak on the gas valve to balance out the Gas Valve performance and a clean out of the condense trap.

It’s important to have your boiler annually serviced to reduce problems and keep the boiler performance up over a long period. If you need your boiler serviced get in contact with us. 🔧🔥

⚠️ Make sure when you’re having any gas appliance worked on it’s by a Gas Safe qualified engineer! ⚠️

I came to do a Landlord Gas Safety Certificate on this landlords property, whilst doing a tightness test I found a 7mbar drop on the gas run! After investigation I came to find the gas valve inside the boiler was letting by and causing gas to just pass through the appliance. This appliance is now class as “Immediately Dangerous” and I had to cap the appliance off from the gas and write out a warning notice with a warning sticker. Without a Gas Safe qualified engineer this could have been missed! New part ordered ready to make this appliance safe again.
