We have been on the Portsmouth city council framework for projects now for over seven years now and we have been successful on quite a few projects (some of which you may have seen on here?)

One of the projects we completed was St Johns Court which was interesting due to it being a live residential site, which we were working in the communal corridors, and entrance ways. We were principle contractor for this project so we dealt with all of the Rams, Health and safety and liaising with the client and residence and ensuring everyone was happy, and informed throughout the project.

We handled LED lighting design and installation, and emergency lighting with the help of Thorlux and their Smart Scan fittings — all to building standards and client specs.

We’re pleased to share our Sparks Community Space project — a project that truly reflects our commitment to local businesses and charities.

We were excited to announce the launch of D Squared Fire and Security’s new division that support businesses with premises on Monday.

All of the remote and key-holding services give business owners the peace of mind that in the event of a fire or break in the relevant service responds in a quick manner. The fire brigade can be called to attend in the event of a fire activation, or a security guard can attend to investigate an intruder alarm activation. If clients would prefer to manage themselves the intruder alarm can be configured to call a number and a CCTV app installed on a smart phone or tablet to allow an investigation before attending.

We are looking to work with local businesses within the Hampshire/Dorset areas who would really benefit from a little extra Fire and Security protection.

Recent LED lighting upgrade undertaken. Before and after in photo 3&4, and the change is amazing. Plus the added cost saving yearly should be around £54000!! Not bad at all. Get in touch if you would like to know more. @ Admiralty Quarter
