A job we completed a few weeks back,
Started by lifting the old Indian sandstone paving and removing the aco along the house.
The top area was actually split levels and quite a slope up to the pergola seating area, so some of you will notice this is now one level, and we removed the small step along side the conservatory and made it one normal size step!We laid Polar white porcelain over the whole area including the steps with a mittens on the to give the cleanest possible finish! We also installed new threshold aco's with a black top finish.

What started off with a composite decking being replaced, for the best quality composite theres is 'Millboard', turned in to the garden room getting a modernisation too.

We had to add to and strengthen the existing frame which is only 6 years old, the timber is all in good condition as its out the ground just needed a bit more support and re levelling, the customer also asked us to adjust the bifolds as the frame work had moved and made it rather difficult to open and slide the doors, to the point they couldn't even close and lock them.
Once the new decking started going down, the old cladding started to look worse, so we provide a price for new composite cladding, and managed to get this done whilst there. A very satisfied customer and a major difference to the top of the garden.

Started this job yesterday, put in a good shift and finished by lunch beating the heat and got it completed by mid day today before the sun came round to the back garden.

A nice simple over lay of a patio, we dug out a bit extra and put in a concrete base! We overplayed the patio before cutting the final shape this morning finished with flowpoint and some shingle to fill the gaps!

Slabs used were Mountain White from .stone.and.timber.ltd

⚠️ WE HAD TO CUT ALOT OF CORNERS ON THIS JOB⚠️

Not in our Quality of work, just Indian Sandstone 😅

What a difference 9 days can make. Even with poor weather last week we managed to make good progress and brought it all together before the close of the week ready for a nice warm weekend.

As new build gardens go this is was nothing more than you would expect to start with,

We lifted the old patio and dug out new areas to create a larger patio and path, with doing so we used this soil to level up the garden.

We installed sleeper flower beds and filled them with BS grade topsoil, followed by a variety of plants, Evergreens, Herbaceous and some summer plants.

We then started laying Raj Indian sandstone paving, with matching setts. This was finished with cashmere prem joint, along with fitting a threshold aco drain along the back of the house connected to existing RWDP.

We also run ducting and cable for new lamps to be installed up the path way and a power supply to the pergola arch, which we aslo supplied and fitted.

The customer also asked for us to install a new side door to the garage, so we cut an opening and fitted a steel door and frame.

Behind the garage was a tricky little area left and the customer opted just to concrete this to be used as extra storage.

Out the front of the house we installed some Raj Indian sandstone setts to create an edge between the border and lawn.

Finished of with laying fresh new turf to the areas in the front and rear garden.
