Plenty happening on our latest project in Preston.

We’re extending the rear of the property to create a much larger kitchen and living space for the family.

The original extension has now been removed, steels are in place and we’ve started on the new foundations and ground floor insulation.

Still a way to go, but it’s great to see the new space starting to take shape 🙌

It's amazing what a difference the outside of a home can make.

The old lean-to has been replaced with a brand new utility room, while the tired grey render has made way for a fresh white finish that completely changes the look of the property.

This new side extension has given our client a dedicated utility room with space for laundry, extra storage, a sink and somewhere to keep coats and shoes out of the way.

Spa Road – Project Progress 📍

Things are moving along nicely at Spa Road.

Over the last few weeks we've rebuilt the kitchen wall, installed the new partition walls, created a new kitchen doorway and completely refelted the roof.

Still plenty to do, but it's great to see the project taking shape.
