💡Nearly 200 items tested on a B&B in the Blackpool area.

💡With Summer not too far away and with the situation we’ve all been in the last couple of years, the B&B’s are expected to fill up this year! 🙌🏽…Have you had your appliances checked to make sure that your customers are safe?

💡Don’t trust the “sticker slappers” these are blokes that will come in and just put stickers on your appliances and take your money. They may be cheap, and you are left thinking you are getting a deal, but items may be dangerous and liability is left on yourself.

💡We received a call from a B&B in the Blackpool area where they had spent quite a large sum of money updating the rooms & then needed an EICR completing. This can be a problem when things are done in this order as the wiring was very old and upon commencing testing we found quite a large list of existing faults.

💡Using our experience in the trade, we were able to rectify the faults with minimal disturbance to the fabric of the building (albeit took a little longer than if we were called before the upgrade had taken place) but we managed to keep the costs down and the customer happy.
