Profac are starting more work at Stretford Mall this week, installing render carrier boards to metal framing and rendering with K Systems silicon render on Home Bargains!

Fantastic project to see 2024 out with. Massive external wall insulation project in Blackburn almost completed 3 weeks ahead of schedule. Thanks to PPG and David France and all involved with such a fast moving and successful project.

Profac have completed 5 houses in , on behalf of Salix Homes and Truline Construction and Interior Services Ltd by installing extended window sills from Trueline Products, 110mm mineral wool EWI from K Systems by Kilwaughter Minerals Ltd with Brick effect finish to the front and silicone render to the sides and rear, all to standard. Great project to be involved with and all topped of with professionally installed silicone from Mastic phil Lowe.

Excellent team effort and looking forward to continuing to provide the highest quality EWI installations in the North West.

Profac have recently completed this lovely property in Manchester by initially removing the old pebble dash render and then installing a new modern silicone render system. The client requested some beautiful extras including a feature band across the middle of the house, a plinth detail at the base of the house and fake stone window sills which are all extremely difficult to create but beautiful and a skill only completed by the most competent of installers.

Profac have not posted much recently but this one just has to be put out there!

Profac have removed all the existing render and are currently levelling the walls to start receiving the new silicone render system.
