Unused Chimney and fireplace removed too add a bit of space, brickwork repaired where needed and skimmed throughout.

One of last weeks jobs completed in Meliden 😀

The customer opted to board their own kitchen and requested for me to prepare the boards and add corner beads and skim over the top.

Can’t wait to go back and finish the utility room when the customer has finished boarding! 👍

Beautiful views of North Wales from Colwyn Heights at one of this weeks jobs!

The customers ceiling had partially fallen down in the night and the rest was very loose. It was being supported to prevent more falling down with props 😧

After discussing options, due to safety concerns, the customer opted for us to take down the old lathed ceiling and replace for plasterboards and skim over 2 days.

Unfortunately we forgot to take an after photo 🤦🏼‍♂️
But we will be back in the coming weeks for another job so we will take one then!
