I've recently left BG to start my own business carrying out service / repair and installation of all domestic gas appliances, along with small plumbing jobs. I can carry out all the following; Service / Repair / Installation / Landlord Checks (CP-12) on all domestic gas appliances. Also 2nd opinions given on any work carried out by a 3rd party that wasn't repaired / serviced to your satisfaction.

Appliances covered - Combination boilers, Conventional boilers, Fires, Fire and Back boilers, Cookers, Hobs, Warm air units, Wall heaters. Landlord certificates and building certificates will be issued following completion of works as required. outside taps, washing machine connections etc.

For peace of mind for myself and my customers I get tested once a week for Covid-19. Today I tested negative.All social ...

Have you had your fire and back boiler serviced in the last 12 months?
Gas burning appliances need regular servicing. On older open flued appliances like fires and back boilers, the air for combustion is taken from the room which contains dust. This dust then builds up on the filters of the appliance which can cause incomplete combustion and lack of efficiency.
