Leaking boiler this morning, this one has been leaking for a while, part replaced and boiler back to full working order along with a service. Customer has asked if we can add them to our service reminder so they don’t forget to book their annual boooer service. Quick toilet repair this morning, customer called with water leaking from the back of the toilet that quickly filling up a bowl. Engineer attended and repaired within the hour.

Customer had water leak from bathroom basin waste today, waste had corroded causing water to run straight through when basin in use, engineer swapped bottle trap waste for new, no further water leaks 🙂

Change over of taps this morning at our local community centre. Replaced the taps with self closing taps to stop the forgetful few from turning the taps off. 😊🚰
