Project Complete - Kadans, Upper Brook Street, Manchester ✅

“Overall it’s been a fantastic job, the full team involved are an absolute credit to Bradley’s. Had no issues from a site perspective and I would definitely look forward to working with Bradley’s in the future”

Initial activities included site clearance works, such as the removal of existing fencing & invasive vegetation, enabling the installation of secure hoarding. This was followed by a comprehensive asbestos removal and demolition package, covering both the main structure and an external roadside canopy.

The demolition of the existing building was a critical phase, preparing the site for the construction of a state-of-the-art facility for Kadans Science Partner.

Through effective planning, strong collaboration with the Morgan Sindall Construction team & a continued focus on safety and efficiency the project was successfully delivered on programme and to a high standard.

Well done to the full Bradley team involved for getting this over line and handed over ready for it’s next stages of development!

Another successful project close to completion for our company, showcasing a years worth of work in a minute! 👏

It’s been a pleasure working alongside such a collaborative group throughout the project. We can't wait to see the next stages of the development and we're proud to have played a part in its early phases.

Bradleys recently donated supplies to support recovery efforts in Jamaica following one of the most devastating hurricanes in the country’s history.

The impact of this is still being felt with communities dealing with severe damage to homes and essential services.
This opportunity was brought to our attention through the Kadans Project on behalf of Morgan Sindall and we are grateful for the collaboration that allowed us to contribute in a meaningful way.

Thanks to meticulous planning and a dedicated site team, the demolition was carried out safely and successfully.

Our management team recently attended the Careers Fair at De La Salle School in St. Helens, where they had the opportunity to meet the next generation of talent 🦺

It was fantastic to speak with so many enthusiastic students about potential careers in construction and demolition.

Bradley Management Team Hosts Career Workshop in St Helens 👷

Recently, members of our Bradley management team hosted a career workshop at the Ways to Work centre in St Helens.

Ways to Work is the borough’s largest employment support programme, delivered by St Helens Borough Council in partnership with local organisations. It aims to help residents access sustainable employment, education, and training opportunities.

The workshop introduced attendees to the demolition and asbestos industries, offering insights into how to begin a career in these fields and what training is required. Taking place near the ongoing Hardshaw Shopping Centre project in partnership with St Helens Council, VINCI Building UK & ECF the session also included a site visit where attendees observed live demolition operations and learned about essential health and safety practices, as well as the equipment and machinery used on site.
