Due to more artics going on the road we are on the look out for Full time class one drivers

Work can be based out of our Kendal site or out of our Preston site.

Work will involve carting raw materials into our batching plant sites. Monday - Friday with Saturdays available if wanted.

You will have your own truck and trailer combination. Work can be day work or can be tramping.

EPIC card will be advantageous but we can also provide the training to obtain one.

Due to expansion we are offering a great opportunity to the right candidate to cover all costs of becoming a class one driver.

We are seeking a keen hard working individual who is willing to learn and become an important part of the team.

All the relevant training will be provided for you to become a qualified HGV driver by us.

At the end of the training a full time position will be offered to get you straight to work offering a competitive salary and work package.

About the Role

We are looking for a driven Concrete Sales Representative to join our rapidly growing team. This is a full-time role focused on developing new business, managing existing customer relationships.

You will act as a key point of contact for customers, providing expert advice on concrete products and ensuring a high level of service from enquiry through to delivery. Hours can be set to fit round commitments out side of work.

Key Responsibilities
• Proactively identify and secure new sales opportunities
• Manage and grow relationships with existing customers
• Promote and sell ready-mix and specialist concrete products
• Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing within agreed margins
• Liaise with operations and dispatch teams to ensure smooth deliveries
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
• Meet and exceed agreed sales targets

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Ability to manage a sales territory
independently
• Full UK driving licence
