Here we completed a full renovation to this staircase in American! white oak, featuring solid oak treads throughout, including the half landing. Understair oak doors and frame to create more storage and hide the meters. My favourite feature of this staircase is the new curved handrail on the landing, which enabled the removal of one of the newel posts to create a far more elegant appearance than the original layout.

We were delighted to be commissioned to design and manufacture the centrepiece staircase for our clients superb self build home.
The staircase is a mono-string design with structural glass and glass mounted handrails, constructed from stunning, prime American Black Walnut. Treads are 110mm thick box treads with soldiered end grain detail. All wood work hand finished is Osmo hardware oil, which gives a stunning natural finish.
This is one of those jobs that the photos just dont do justice to and has been one of my favourite projects of the last couple of years and a pleasure to be involved with.

Here we renovated this staircase with American white oak throught, with solid oak treads, including full oak landing and some very smart paneling to the under stair wall. Existing floor was retained, and new bottom tread was made to fit perfectly with the existing border. Clear toughened glass balustrades installed into handrails to complete. All woodwork was finished in a light grey oil.

Cut string staircases can often be some of the more challenging types of staircase to renovate. When we were asked to modernise this particular staircase we came up with a modern zig-zag design, with a reverse stair runner, where the carpets sits into a recess, rather than on top. The design is completed with glass that is shaped to the contour of the treads, wi
Which gently angle backwards. We echoed this tread angle with the square edged feature tread at the bottom.

This is a project we completed before Covid but only recently managed to get back to photo nearly 5 years later.
Here, we were delighted to be trusted to design an update to our clients staircase, who had with her late husband, designed and built their unique house and staircase in the mid 70s.
Many of the original features of the property, such as stone cladding and hardwood paneling, which were the height of high class interior design then are once again at the forefront of interior design now and this very modern staircase sits beautifully besides those features.
We designed an inset carpet well for each tread and finished with led lighting.
Unfortunately, I cannot find the before photos to.shate what a striking staircase this was in its prime. I think we've done this beautiful house and our wonderful client and her latw husband justice.

Here we renovated the existing staircase in American white oak, incorporating large solid oak feature treads, LED lighting and bronze glass to compliment the refreshed decor. We worked on the project with our regular collaborators at who supplied and fitted this fantastic tartan carpet throughout.

Here, we renovated this 3-storey staircase in American white oak with smoked glass baluster. We also manufactured this impressive glazed oak vestibule combination window and door, which we incorporated I to the design of the bottom landing with square profile feature treads with integrated LED lighting.
To keep the porch area looking clean and uncluttered, we made this very smart shoe and coat cupboard.

Wine cabinets are becoming ever more popular and are a stunning addition to our already stunning staircases. Here, we fully renovated the staircase in oak, including storage drawer in the previously dead space under the bottom landing. Double offset square feature treads were also included. The crowning glory is obviously the magnificent walk-in wine cabinet with integrated LED lighting.
All woodwork was finished in a bespoke colour mixed to match a sample provided of the Amtico flooring.
As you can see by the before picture, an unbelievable transformation.

We had the pleasure to be invited to renovate the staircase of one of our regular suppliers.
The staircase had been previously renovated by the former owner and was looking a little tired. Our client wanted to be sympathetic to this large modern farmhouse and keep the styling simple and in keeping with the aesthetic in the rest of the property.
For this we echoed the previous style of oak, matching much of the woodwork in the rest of the house, and a white spindle in a sprayed finish, but updated it to a simple, modern square profile.
Gone is the out of place voluted handrail end, replaced by an imposing and impressive double wrap around platform feature tread, which leads to new oak treads and risers up the rest of the flight.
The entrance hall now is as beautiful as the rest of the property.

Happy New Year. Wishing all our past and future customers all the best for 2023.

Here we worked with our interior designer client to produce a stunning centerpiece to this wide and open plan hallway. We incorporated a walk-in wine cabinet, in which we integrated feature lighting and a removable cigar humidor.
The staircase includes bottom feature treads, oak half riser tread detail and indirect LED lighting with 'wall washer' up lighting on the landing.

Staircases in brand new properties often dont do the new house justice, so it was a pleasure to renovate the staircase of our clients new home. We removed the poorly fitted and poorly finished softwood and replaced with beautiful American white, opening up the bottom of the staircase with bespoke double feature treads, 'half riser' tread detail, glass baluster and elevated everything by finishing off with integrated LED lighting. New oak doors were also fitted throughout to brighten up the entire house.
