Before.. during and after.

Resin driveway failed after a few years.

Resin and tarmac base removed.

Area dug down and subbase reinstated.

Cobble boarder around the perimeter of the dribeway, with a double row leading onto the highway from the drive.

Path from front door with recess drain cover installed.

SMA tarmac infill.

Before During and After in Grimsagh.

Exsiting rotten fence taken down and removed.
Trees/shrubbery dropped and removed.
Stumps and root structure removed.

Heavy duty panels concrete posts and bases installed on the new boundary line.

Exsiting patio area removed and made wider.

Lawn dug off and land drains installed.

Aco drains around the property.

Step built and cladded to rear patio doors.

Kendla grey porcelain tiles laid in a staggered pattern.

Patio area trimmed/edged off in black volcanic porcelain.

Lawn re turfed.

Before during and after.

Old tarmac driveway had been laid over the top of exsiting which is less than ideal.

We removed the old tarmac.
Removed the concrete slab.
Removed channel drains running across the middle of the drive as it was obsolete and was running away from the drain 🤷🏽‍♂️.

Install aco channel drains around the perimeter of the house to catch surface water from the drive.

Framed the entire driveway with ashcobble sets.
Double row at the entrance to the driveway.
Golden gravel trim.

Indian stone path laid under the window along the front of the property.

Tarmac infill using SMA.

Before and after.

New build property with standard concrete flags laid across the bay window and ramp leading into the property.

Path and ramp replaced.

Volcanic black infill tile with a ash grey tile trim giving this property the curb appeal it deserves.

A few jobs completed in preston.

Storm damaged fencing removed and replaced with concrete posts bases and heavy duty panels.

Double T&G gates fitted and a low level fence removed and replaced with full timber feather edge fence.

Another small section of fencing and gate between 2 properties that had been blown down due to wind.
Removed and replaced with concrete posts base heavy duty panel and T&G gate.

Finally front lawn dug out and removed.
Stumps and shrubs removed to the boundary.
Feather edge timber fence installed with a slope transitioning from 6ft down to 4ft.
Plumb slate installed to the front.

The team has worked exceptionally hard on this project battling the elements to get this 1 completed. The customer wanted a low maintenance front garden with a abit of a feature.

Full driveway removed area had to be completey dug out as the old drive was laid on soil.

Low wall removed and replaced with sleepers.

Cottage cobble block boarder the frame the driveway and the paving.

40mm plum slate.

Black ice 20mm gravel around the perimeter of the house.

2x recess manhole covers.

SMA tarmac infill.
