Late Friday morning, we got a call from an electrical contractor we regularly work with. Their main contractor had been badly let down by their plumbing contractor — the job had stalled, other trades couldn’t complete their works and a key completion date was at risk.

📍 On site by 1pm
✅ Quote approved by 2pm
🔧 Back with materials by 3:30pm
🏁 First fix complete by 7pm

We returned a few days later for the second fix, helping get the project back on track and completed on time.

The job itself was relatively small — first and second fix plumbing, including a macerator, for a foot-wash bath within a multi-faith prayer room.

But the service is the important bit.

Another critical cooling installation completed by Chameleon Heat. ✅

We recently installed two Mitsubishi Electric wall-mounted air conditioning systems to provide resilient cooling for a server room, fully integrated into the Building Management System (BMS).

The systems are programmed to automatically rotate duty every week, ensuring both units receive equal running hours while reducing wear and extending equipment life. More importantly, should one system develop a fault, the standby unit is ready to maintain cooling and protect the client’s critical IT infrastructure.

This MVHR (Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery) system continuously removes stale air while supplying fresh, filtered air throughout the building.
