Understanding our strengths, limits, and abilities is crucial to both professional development and meeting the needs of clients and customers.

In today’s Lantei Business Academy session, led by the incredible Steven Logan, members of the sales team will learn to understand their personalities through personal profiling, why altering personas is vital to enhancing client satisfaction, and how to use the “right” personality to achieve the best results.

In these tough times, the Lantei team are committed to helping the most vulnerable in our communities in any way we can. So, in partnership with South Lakes Housing, we have chosen to donate food and necessities to King’s Food Bank in Kendal for our monthly community pledge.

King’s Food Bank provide vital emergency food support in the present tough economic times, providing resources for low-income families and those experiencing redundancy.

Our donation will be used to help those that need it the most, and we’re incredibly proud to be able to support them in their mission.
