No bathroom upstairs,,, no soil pipe near ,,, no water supply near ,,, not a problem I’ll sort it out,, lovely compact en suite so not to take all the space out off the bedroom and still be a useable space ,,,

Hand made fire surround along with new door frames , architrave and skirting boards , finished with lovely holdenby oak doors and karndean click flooring to give a lovely cosy room ,,,,,,,

Customer wanted full access into loft space so full sized door was fitted ,, after wall cutout and door frame had been fitted ,, then loft space was boarded and the dormer was wrapped with space blanket to make a toasty warm room ,,, 1st job of the year completed ☺️

Not a big job but a nice job ,open kitchen and conservatory which made kitchen cold so segregated with a nice glazed oak door , new frame and then trimmed with fillets ,,, lovely

Downstairs toilet had been leaking for a while after been installed badly so total rip out and rebuild ,, customer s choice of bold colours works well and compliments white goods and vanity unit along with white tiles and grey porcelain floor tiles ,,, Lovely,,,

Work done for one of my existing customers, new soffit , facias and gutters ,,, house is going on the market so needs to look its best ,,, lovely ,,, the house is on Halton rd and is up for sale with Hackney and Leigh if anybody interested,,,,, 👍

Dormer built with no insulation so ripped back to bare bones 100 mm kingspan installed topped with o s b then a weather proof membrane finished in anthracite cladding ,,,,
