Another 4 weeks should get this finished. The house is only 6 years old but the space it’s going to create will make a huge difference.

A wrap around single storey extension with underfloor heating throughout designed and installed to our own unique specification. This allows very fast heat up times and holds the stored heat over 100% more efficiently.
All finished off externally in Canadian red western cedar.

New grey roof tile using Sandtoft TLE
Anthracite colour facia boards, cladding, guttering and windows.
Irish oak colour soffit, front door and garage door.
Natural Light colour PAREX spray on render coat.

We really enjoyed this job.
Working for a great client who was willing to show it off to potential customers who fancy similar work doing.

A large loft conversion started including 2 double bedrooms and bathroom.
Polyurethane insulation in place and backed up with multi foil layer will reduce the heating costs considerably.
A couple more velux to install and it’s just about ready for plaster boarding.
We have designed an internal natural light trunking similar in principle to a sun dome.
More photos once this is completed.

Landscape isn’t something we do loads of but the clients we did the extension for last year insisted that they wanted us to do it instead of overpriced gardeners.
To be fair the work could count as building work as we had to build up gabion baskets to retain the sloping land.
Face dressed baskets with limestone looks pretty effective.

John Ronson looked after the flagging work supplied by The Stone and Cobble Co. which is Kandla grey with resin pointing.
