The lock on the front door to my flat was broken and I couldnt get a hold of my landlord, The lock lad came along and saved the day.

Was easy to arrange a date and time with for a spare key via WhatsApp, the actual job turned out to be tricky due to my car barrel but Dan went the extra mile and cleaned it inside to ensure the smoothest connection upon ignation, went above and beyond to give the best service. My new key guy from now.

When a customer needs help, we deliver.
I received a phone call from a customer who was understandably in a bit of a panic because her door wouldn’t lock properly.
She had already contacted another locksmith, but unfortunately was simply told to call back in the morning. No concern about the fact she was distressed, no attempt to help, and no appreciation of how vulnerable it can feel knowing you can’t secure your own home.
Thankfully, she called me next. I headed out, diagnosed the problem and got her door locking properly again.
While we were chatting, she told me that if I hadn’t come out, she probably wouldn’t have slept that night. She was genuinely frightened about leaving her home unsecured.
That really hit home for me.
